My Community

  • When you join my wellness community, you will be surrounded by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your workouts, meal plans & healthy habits! Life gets crazy, and it can be SO hard to stay focused on your goals, but with a community to keep you on track, it’s near impossible to fail!

    So, how does it work exactly? When you sign up, you get access to my meal plans, workouts, community & monthly accountability groups through an app on your phone/tablet/tv. Once in the community you will be able to set up your goals, take your “before” pictures, introduce yourself & start interacting with everyone else - encourage, listen & ask questions! Then every day you will be able to track your workouts, nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. through the app. It’s so simple, fun & doable - I love it!

  • Food is fuel, and you need to be certain to fuel your body properly to live the busy lives we do. I have 3 meal plan options included with each and every Pack. I recommend everyone starting with the gut health program because you learn so much about what foods your body maybe sensitive to and you are likely to then make more progress. The other two eating plans are options once you have completed your 4 weeks of gut health.

    Option 1: Gut Health Protocol-A 4 week guide to de bloating, eating clean, increasing energy, and then reintroducing foods to find what foods are best for your body. Once you have completed this you can stick to it or move to either of the programs below.

    Option 2: 2B Mindset - An intuitive approach to what you should be eating and what your plate should look like at each meal. This plan has zero “off limits” food. No “cheating”, measuring, or calorie counting. It’s simply focused around how your body responds to food and follows an effective "2 pounds at a time" approach to weight loss.

    Option 3: Portion Fix - This is a more disciplined and structured meal plan focused on macronutrients & whole foods. Through the use of color-coded containers that assist in portion control, and an easy-to-follow & educational plan, you’ll find freedom with food, learn what foods are best for fueling your body & feel amazing as you race towards your goals!

  • We are all defining “busy” differently in our lives so we use a “pick your program” method in my wellness community. When you join, you’ll have the option to pick from 40+ workout programs! You and I will work together to find the program that is right for you in the stage of life that you are in. All I ask is that you SHOW UP and SHARE your workouts & progress on the app! And don’t worry about sticking with a program. If you get part way into a program & decide you don’t like it, switch! If you don’t feel like doing a program’s workout today, don’t! Go for a walk instead! I’m not concerned about what workout you do each day, just as long as you’re moving & taking care of YOU!

    To add even more accountability, every day Monday-Friday I host a 5:30am CST Zoom call with my No Snooze Crew. We gather, chat a bit & then press “play” on our workouts, do our devotions, journal… whatever gets your day off to its best start! This Zoom call is optional, but is HUGE for holding you accountable to your goals, and we’d love to have you join us!

Come join me in my monthly accountability groups that start EVERY 1st monday of the month and go for 4 weeks. 3 weeks of workouts and one week off for rest/recovery before we start again the next month! When you join you get access to my monthly groups for 12 months and will always have a spot reserved just for you! Keep your routine simple with these at-home workouts and easy to follow nutrition plans, and let’s keep building up your health esteem together!
